Upcoming Burnout Men's Retreats in
Austin, Texas - October 22-25, 2026

WHAT’S INCLUDED in Your Burnout Retreat Experience

No phones, no screens, no Slack, no email. Four days fully unplugged so your nervous system can finally come down. Probably the longest you’ve actually been unreachable in years.

Deep-dive sessions on what actually drives burnout, and how to recover for real, not just push pause. We work on nervous system regulation, boundaries, identity beyond performance, and the patters that brought you here. Not theory, practical work you’ll feel in your body and use the day you get home.

Personalized guidance from a team of Master Certified Coaches (MCC), Professional Certified Coaches (PCC), and highly skilled facilitators. The kind of one-on-one support most burned-out men have been desperately needing, and rarely able to find time for.

End every night around the fire. This is where the masks come off and brotherhood gets built. The kind of conversations most men never let themselves have, about pressure, fear, exhaustion, the told of holding it all together. The conversations you didn’t know you needed until you had them.

Real men’s work isn’t all heavy. We move, we play, we laugh hard. Group actives that remind you what it felt like to be alive before life got serious.

Daily movement led by expert trainers. Not a punishing workout, internal movement designed to support your recovery, not deplete you further. Most burned-out men either crush themselves at the gym or stop moving entirely. We’ll show you the middle path.

Gourmet meals prepared on-site by our five-star chef from New York City. Real food that fuels real work.

Retreats are held on private ranch estates, surrounded by nature, fully off the grid from emails, phone calls, and the constant pull of the work that’s always waiting for you.

A small, intentional group of men who know what it’s like to carry too much for too long, executives, founders, fathers, leaders, professionals. Men who get it without you having to explain. Men who stop performing and start telling the truth.

Time every day to slow down. Nature, breath, stillness – the practices that turn what you learn here into a way of life.

What You'll Take Home From Your Burnout Retreat

leave refreshed, inspired, reconnected.
ready to lead at an entirely new level - at home, at work, and inside yourself

Is This Burnout Retreat Right for You?

You’re Still Functioning. But Just Barely.

From the outside, you’re crushing it. Hitting deadlines. Showing up at work. Paying the bills. Being the dad, the husband, the leader. Nobody knows how depleted you actually are. But you do.

You wake up tired. You can’t sleep. You’re snapping at the people you love. Your chest tightens for no reason. You go through the motions but nothing lights you up. You can’t remember the last time you felt rested. You can’t remember the last time you felt anything good, really. The wins don’t land like they used to. The grind has stopped working.

You know something has to change. You just don’t know how to slow down without everything falling apart.

You’ve Already Hit the Wall.

Maybe it was a panic attack. Maybe it was the doctor pulling you aside. Maybe it was your wife saying “I’m worried about you” or your kid saying “Dad, you’re never here.” Maybe it was the morning you couldn’t get out of bed.

Something shifted. The way you’ve been operating isn’t sustainable anymore. Your body is forcing the conversation you’ve been avoiding for years.

You’re not weak. You’re not broken. You’ve been running on willpower long after the fuel ran out. Now you need real recovery, not another vacation that doesn’t land, not another month of telling yourself you’ll “rest after this project.” Real, structured recovery with real tools and real support.

And here’s the thing, we’ve all been told a lie:

That our worth is in what we produce. How much we can carry. How long we can keep going without breaking.

But your body is telling you something different now. And the body is rarely wrong.

At this retreat, we don’t push you to grind harder. We don’t give you another framework to optimize. We give you space, real, structured, supported space, to come back to yourself.

This is where you stop performing. Where you trade exhaustion for actual rest. Stress for regulation. Isolation for brotherhood.

If you’re ready to stop pretending you’re okay and start actually recovering, this is it.

Why Burned-Out Men Attend This Retreat

Because you can't keep going at this pace. You know that. Your body knows that. The people who love you know that. This retreat isn't about hype, gimmicks, or another self-help framework you'll forget by Tuesday. It's about real recovery, for your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of yourself as a man. What this does: validates what they already know but haven't been able to admit. Closes by naming what the retreat actually rebuilds — nervous system, relationships, self.

What you will walk away with from this men's retreat:

A reset for your nervous system, your mind, and your sense of direction. The fog burns off. You’ll get clear on what’s actually been driving the burnout and what needs to change so you don’t end up back here in 6 months.

Whether it’s your marriage, your kids, your friendships, or how you lead at work, you’ll leave knowing how to communicate, connect, and show up at a whole new level. Stop avoiding. Start leading. Build relationships at home that don’t require you to walk on eggshells.

You don’t have to be louder, tougher, or more aggressive to lead. Real leadership starts with self-awareness. You’ll leave with the tools to lead with strength and presence – in your business, your family, and your own life. And if you’ve been the quiet one? We’ll show you how to find your voice and use it when it matters.

Most fathers go through life feeling like they have to figure it out alone. Not here. You’ll meet a group of men who aren’t competing or performing – they’re showing up. The friendships built in these four days last for years. Some of the best men in our lives we meet at retreats. The men your sons need to see you spending time with.

A real, full-body reset, not just rest. You’ll learn the tools to regulate your nervous system, manage stress without white-knuckling it, and recognizing the warning signs early next time. You’ll walk away lighter, clearer, and back in your body in a way most men forgot was possible.

The tools to build a life that doesn’t burn you out again. Success without sustainability is just a slower kind of failure. We’ll help you redefine what success looks like — one where you can actually enjoy what you’ve built.

You know your life can be more than it is, and we can show you how.

Meet The Founders

MCC and Men's Retreat Co-Found Bob Conlin

Bob Conlin

Co-Founder / Ceremonialist

Bob Conlin, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach and co-founder of Alchemy of Men. He’s one of fewer than 2,000 MCC-credentialed coaches worldwide — the highest credential the International Coaching Federation offers. For 10+ years, Bob has worked with executives, founders, and men navigating the pivot points of midlife: career, marriage, fatherhood, purpose.

Bob is a husband to Shona, a father to Forest, and the kind of man who’ll meet you exactly where you are without flinching. His superpower is asking the question you’ve been avoiding — and holding space while you actually answer it.

PCC and Men's Retreat Leader Alex Terranova

Alex terranova

Co-Founder

Alex Terranova is a 2x author, executive coach, and co-founder of Alchemy of Men. For over a decade, he’s helped men cut through the bullshit, move past the stuck places, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve been outrunning. His coaching has been described as “cutting through the noise while channeling spirit in the moment” — which is a fancy way of saying he’ll see you clearly and call you forward.

Alex lives in Carlsbad, California with his wife Evin, a wiener dog named Cali, and a cat named Tucker. He’s been working with men individually and in groups for years — but the retreats are where he sees the deepest shifts happen. Come find out why.

Our Promise to You

By the end of this retreat, you won’t just feel rested. You’ll feel like yourself again.

You’ll leave with your nervous system regulated for the first time in a long time. With clarity on what brought you here and what needs to change so you don’t end up back here in six months.

You’ll have tools that actually work, not another framework to white-knuckle, but real practices for staying regulated when life gets loud again.

You’ll have brothers who get it. Men who’ve been where you are and are committed to keeping each other on the path. No more carrying it alone.

You’ll come home with something most burned-out men have forgotten was possible, your own steadiness. The kind that holds up at work, at home, and inside yourself.

This isn’t just a retreat. It’s the turning point.
