Welcome to The Alchemy of Men Weekly Men’s Group – The Torch

This weekly virtual men’s group will be hosted and led by Bob Conlin and Alex Terranova. 
The Virtual Group will occur every Wednesday at 11 am PST / 1 pm CST / 2 pm EST.

The primary purpose of this group is to provide a safe space for men to be seen, challenged, and heard while doing this in a community with other men. It is also a place to connect and hopefully make some friends.

We are committed to growing a brotherhood of growth-oriented men.

Weekly Calls:

Each month we will present a topic and spend four weeks exploring it. Each week we will raise the gradient of the conversation. This will provide an opportunity to deepen your awareness, take new and aligned action in service of your commitments, and be celebrated with us along the way. Examples of topics could include Masculinity, Fatherhood, Money, Success, Sex, Time, Power, Healing, etc.

Grab a journal to take notes specifically for this group, schedule the calls in your calendar, and create time each week to be in additional conversions that matter with other men. If we share practices, Do them! Awareness WITHOUT action will not generate results. Awareness + Action + Accountability = Abundance! That is the equation for success, transformation, and change. These mini-lessons will always be recorded and can be revisited at any time in our Mighty Networks Community. 

What is Mighty Networks? 

It is a private space where all Alchemy of Men activities will be held. Think of it like a virtual office space. We will have an office for The Torch in this virtual space, our weekly virtual men’s meeting. We will also have rooms for the mini learnings, and lessons we record will be held so you can revisit them anytime. You can interact with each other as much as you like in the group.

We will also have other private spaces, which you might choose to get involved in in the future, the retreat space, coaching spaces, and courses. We have a big vision for The Alchemy of Men. Mighty Networks is a support structure to help us unite men, connect us from all over the world, help us share information, and add more value to each other’s lives.

There has been a high demand to join this group, and we have added an online component (Mighty Networks) with additional resources and ways to connect with this community outside of our calls. We charge a small monthly fee, $100 monthly, or $1000 a year, a $200 savings. Besides the weekly calls, members have access to each other in our online network to connect, talk, support, and access other resources from Bob and me. 

To be part of the Torch Community, you must access MightyNetworks, and create a profile. Once inside, you will find the weekly Zoom and the rsvp button.

Next Steps:

After you sign and agree to the agreements and waiver in this form, you will be directed to our Mighty Networks to create your profile and account and log in. You will see the RSPV Zoom Access to each week’s weekly calls and other resources as they become available.

And lastly, follow the Mighty Networks Prompts, Introduce Yourself, Create a Profile. (Please do all this while adhering to All The Agreements, meaning your profile should not say what you do for a living or contain anything offensive or disrespectful.) Please follow these same Agreement Guidelines when posting or sharing in our community, like no selling or recruiting.

Anyone who violates The Agreements will be removed from the community.

We are excited to expand this community and to be able further to connect you all in ways beyond our weekly call.

Agreements:

1. What is said here stays here. Confidentiality is foundational to building any relationship. Our relationships are built on trust and vulnerability. Confidentiality allows for both. You can share your experience, but please never talk about someone else in the group; share their story, name, or identifying details about them.
2. Relate to each other as their highest and best. Not everyone’s 100% looks the same.
3. Listen, Empathize, Support, and Acknowledge. You are not here to fix or to give advice (unless requested). We will open the floor for requests for support which may happen during the calls or can be arranged independently outside of the call with another member.
4. You agree to attend a minimum of two meetings per month. As with any energy exchange, the more you put in, the more you will get out of it. If you cannot attend for any reason, please let us know. We will be tracking attendance.
5. Practice using “I” statements, concise communication, and speaking from a place of responsibility. This is a lost art form. We will practice speaking powerfully. Our word is our integrity.  
6. We ask that you be fully present for the calls in an environment that supports that—no driving, multitasking, or walking. Be here with us (and yourself) entirely.
7. You must be on video for the entirety of the meeting. You will be asked to leave the meeting if you are off video. Consider showing up to the meeting as if you were showing up to a place in person.
8. No selling services or products to other members. No recruiting other members for other groups, organizations, or jobs.
9. Everyone is here to support each other. Please remember that there will be disagreements and constructive criticism, but putting down other members or being disrespectful will not be tolerated. This must be an open and positive experience for all.
10. Our last and newest agreement is, please leave what you do for a living out of your shares. We notice that people, especially men, identify with what they do and attach that to who they are. We know you are all so much more than your profession. Also, as men, we notice that we have been conditioned often to “size” each other up and make judgments and assessments based on what we and others do for a living. We want us all to step out of those limiting ideas and connect more deeply on a level of who we truly are.
