How relatable is this!!! I can relate to everything Damion is saying about not being able to be REAL and open up or share what you’re going on with you with your boys. Also, that part about not being able to take enough trips to buy happiness and the piece about holding onto resentments…all of that hits home. What difference would it make if you had the safety and space to be real, honest, and transparent with your friends, family, and community? How much better would your relationships be? How much better would your mental health be? How much closer would you be with the people that matter to you? All this is possible.
