The Alchemy of Men Retreat is a place to bring that frustration, anger, disappointment, and rage, and we will show you how to alchemize it into power, love, and connection. If it’s not frustration, anger, disappointment, and rage you feel, maybe it’s sadness, dullness, depression, unworthiness, or feelings of being lost or confused.

In a world where men’s work is defined by hyper-masculine aggression or super-feminine sensitivity, and everywhere you look people are telling men how they should be, what they should do, and how they should act, Alex Terranova and Bob Conlin saw a void.
None of these extremes aligned with their ideas on what it means to be a man. They also saw and understood that modern men feel deeply alone, confused, and challenged in their lives, work, relationships, and what it means to be a man. From this void, The Alchemy of Men was born. AOM is a community and path to support men in discovering their true selves, growing from boys to men, becoming more self-expressed, evolving, and building lives they can be proud of.
The Alchemy of Men believes that the definition of masculinity is multifaceted, dynamic, and ever-evolving. But more importantly, every man must choose, decide, and commit to defining and creating the vision, the life, and the legacy of the man they aspire to become. To thrive and attain this, men must master their minds and hearts, connect with their soul, and live with integrity.
We believe leadership is the solution.
That you cannot hide from yourself. That men must be at the helm of the ship, that is, their lives, or they will always be at affected of the weather.
